The KAS Admissions timeline follows a standard annual structure. KAS requests that parents make note of the deadlines below to best prepare for the admissions cycle.
- General inquiries: Ongoing: no deadline
- Parent Tours: Generally October through December.
- Student Visits: Generally November through January
- Completed applications: Received in FACTS database October through January
- Kindergarten Initial Decision: Notification Day Mid-February
- Grades 1-8 Initial and Re-Enrollment Decisions: Notification Day End-of-February
* Students transferring during the school year should contact the AdmissionsDirector about restructured timelines. Transfers will be accepted based on available spots in each grade.
Financial Aid applications are typically completed with (re)enrollment documentation through the KAS FACTS database. In the weeks that follow KAS Notification Days, the KAS Finance Committee reviews all financial aid requests and will contact families individually with updated information. Parents are welcome to contact the Admissions Director with any questions they may have.
